Feel Great, Loose Weight Programme
Who is this for?
Those of you wanting to start feeling great and at the same time loose a few pounds in a specialised, supported and sustainable way.
What does it involve?
- A fifty minute consultation with Dr Jacqui Davies.
- An hour and a half nutritional evaluation with nutritionist, Hannah Kaye.
- An hour fitness/physical consultation with fitness consultant, Robyn Hopkinson.
The feel great, lose weight programme is run over 3 months. Through this time you will be given an individualised wellbeing, nutritional and exercise plan. The emphasis in this programme will be on sustainable lifestyle changes that will improve your overall well-being. These changes will not only leave you with increased energy, and a greater enjoyment of
life as a whole but as a consequence of these changes you will shed the pounds.
You will have 2 sessions a week with Robyn and be given a fitness plan to follow on your days off. You will see Hannah every 2 weeks for ongoing nutritional advice, and food diary assessments. You will see Dr Jacqui Davies once a month, for an half hour kinesiology and integrated medical consultation.
