The Base Programme
Who is this for?
This programme is for those who would like a holistic overview of their health and well-being, and those people who would only like to see Dr Jacqui Davies and require no other specialist input at this stage.
What will it involve?
A full assessment by Dr Jacqui Davies who will look at all aspects of your health. (See Full Consultation for more details.) After each appointment you will receive a plan to follow until your next consultation. (Example below)

As a standard, Dr Davies will initially see you once a month. However, this is flexible (can stretch to six weeks or reduce to fortnightly), depending on how much input is needed.
Most follow-up appointments will be 15-30 minutes. If at any stage you need more time, this will be scheduled in. There is also an option of follow-up e-mail consultations or starting one of The Wellbeing Way Programmes if more regular contact is required.
As you gradually shift into a state of well-being, the gap between visits will lengthen as you learn the skills necessary to take control of your own health.
Through this process it might be necessary for you to receive specialist input. Dr Davies currently works with many skilled practitioners from both western and the complementary fields of medicine. It may be suggested you see a personal trainer or nutritionist; do a meditation course; have a massage; or possibly see a life coach. It is all a work in progress to learn what suits your body perfectly, so that one acquires the skills to live life to the full.
The ultimate goal is to be left with all the knowledge and support that you need to Live the Life you Love.
