Wellbeing Way Meditation and Teaching evenings
The Wellbeing Way's Meditation and Teaching evenings are held weekly on a Tuesday from 7:30pm – 9:00pm at The Wellbeing Way Centre. These evenings are run by Robyn Wainwright, The Wellbeing Way’s Facilitator of Healing and Alignment
(for more information about Robyn please see under Team). The evenings will include a metaphysical discussion/talk and a guided meditation. Various practitioners will talk at different times and on the new moon of each month, Di, our Wellbeing Way Astrologer, will discuss what is coming in with the new sun sign.
These evenings are for those people who are wanting to learn more about meditation and metaphysics by meeting with like minded people on a weekly basis. If you have never meditated before, please do not be daunted. It is a simple process and you will be taught everything you need to know.
Contrary to popular belief, meditation does not mean sitting on one spot for hours and feeling uncomfortable. The Wellbeing Way Meditations will guide you through an easy way of learning how to relax and ease your mind. It will show you that meditation is simply a way to allow some peace and quiet to enter your busy lives.
