Live the Life You Love Course

This course has been formulated to give you a head start on your path to Living the Life You Love! Just what do you need to be living your life to the full? What do you need so that you stand on the edge of your life every day and shout; “ I love my life !” During this course we look at the various components of your wellbeing; the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. We evaluate just what you as an individual need on a daily basis to be living a life full of energy and vitality.

The Live the Life You Love Course is a full day course run over a weekend from 9am-4pm. Please see the calendar for upcoming dates.

Course Programme: Morning Session

Overview of all the components of your wellbeing and in depth look at what you need physically.

Your Life’s Vision

Where are you now? Where are you going? and Why? We start the course off with an in depth look at where you are and where you would like to be.

Physically

General Health

What tests do you need to have? What should you be doing for your health yearly? Are you taking care of your long term health?

Nutrition

Do you know what food is good for you? What should you be eating? We take a general look at how you should be eating to keep yourself healthy and vital.

Supplements

Are you taking too many supplements? Which ones are you taking? We start to work with our intuition as I give you simple exercises on how to figure out what supplements you need on a daily basis.

Exercise

How much do you need to be doing? 20 min cardio, 30 minutes yoga? What is available out there so that we can truly enjoy this beautiful city we live in?

Afternoon Session

Emotionally, Mentally and Spiritually

Stress management

Practical techniques and methods to take with you on how to cope when things get out of control in your daily life.

Moving Forward into the Flow of Life

What do you need to keep on track emotionally, spiritually and mentally? We discuss daily and weekly practical plans on how to keep in the flow of life, not push against it.

New Beginnings

How do we bring about the change we are wanting? What exactly is this ‘abundance’ and ‘synchronicity’ everyone is talking about?
