What is The Wellbeing Way?
The Wellbeing Way is a holistic approach to health. It gives you a way of taking control of your well-being by giving you the support and knowledge you need, so that you can begin to live the life you love and deserve.
I am Dr Jacqui Davies, a Medical Practitioner with a passion for well-being. Using a combination of Western Medicine, Nutrition, Naturopathy, Energy Medicine, Body Alignment, Meditation and Kinesiology, I practise Integrated Medicine to help patients achieve their optimum health.
What led me to develop The Wellbeing Way was seeing patients day after day, and gradually reaching the conclusion that most of us aren’t even close to living our lives, let alone loving them. We are constantly ‘too tired’, ‘too busy’, or ‘too ill’. We want to change but we don’t know how, and we just don’t have the time!
The Wellbeing Way was founded with one main goal: to help people learn to live and, more importantly, love their lives again. To help people develop into a state of well-being - physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually - so that they may enjoy and experience their lives to the full.
Making a Change
The Wellbeing Way will help you make small changes gradually, giving you ongoing support and advice, without adding extra pressure.
I believe that the way to our optimum health is to embrace all we have available to us, realising that we are all individuals with different strengths, weaknesses and needs. The Wellbeing Way will look at your health from all angles to optimise your recovery, and get you on the road to wellness.
